We deliver to all mainland UK addresses via our delivery partners DHL and Royal Mail.

Once they have collected your order, you’ll receive notification by email and SMS from which you can manage your delivery.

Orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), orders placed on a Friday after 10am or at the weekend are dispatched on Monday.

2-4 Day Delivery As Standard

Orders are dispatched no later than 1 business day after they are received on a next day* delivery service planned to arrive on the following business day Monday-Friday.

Delivery of orders under £150 costs £7.95

Delivery of orders above £150 is FREE

*In some areas (typically Highlands/Islands) deliveries may take an additional 1-3 days to arrive, our apologies, this is the fastest service our delivery partners can offer in these areas.

FREE delivery applies to any order of £150 value or greater to a single delivery address. Orders to multiple addresses must be placed as separate orders where the above delivery policy will apply to each order.

Orders are typically dispatched in ‘Pulpsafe’ packaging which is made in the UK from recycled paper and water. Not only does it offer exceptional protection against breakages while in the courier network, ‘Pulpsafe’ packaging is also recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.

Some orders (typically single or odd shaped bottles) maybe dispatched in Green-paq airbags. Green-paq airbags are both recyclable and biodegradable. Handy hint – the easiest way to remove bottles from airbags is to puncture the bags several times.

We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands/Isle of Man or fulfil international orders.
