This wine honors the ancestral formula of Alentejo whites by reviving historic grape varieties, now nearly extinct, cultivated organically in small, granite-soiled plots, without irrigation or herbicides. Grapes are meticulously harvested by hand at night, preserving their aromatic purity and natural freshness.
