This cuvée, highly prized by connoisseurs, results from a precise blend of three emblematic grape varieties: 34% Pinot Noir, 36% Meunier, and 30% Chardonnay. It is aged on lees for more than 7 years in the cellar with a dosage of 7.5 g/L.
