Two of the most beautiful plots of the village are assembled in grapes to obtain this wine. On the one hand, the Breterins, exposed due south on white and light soils conferring an advanced maturity for the appellation and very fruity wines. On the other hand, the Duresses, exposed South East on brown clay soils conferring rather dense and tannic wines. The complementarity of these two plots produces a serious and powerful wine.
