Blank Canvas, based in Marlborough, is the personal wine range of winemaker Matt Thomson, an award-winning international winemaking consultant, and Master of Wine Sophie Parker-Thomson. With over 45 years of collective experience in the global wine industry, Blank Canvas is representative of Matt and Sophie’s desire to create distinctive, small-batch fine wines from exceptional single vineyard sites throughout New Zealand. Vineyards are farmed by dedicated growers who all live on their vineyard and have a long-term, sustainable commitment to the land.
