From the producer:
For more than a century and a half we have made wines that are recognizable for their identity, wines with a clear and therefore unmistakable stylistic profile. We have always chosen the path of territorial wines, even when it is method guiding us.
A path that at times is more difficult, but that builds solid relationships. It has never been enough to please our customers. We have always wanted to make them happy.
Bertani has historically believed in the individual territories of the Veronese zone, from Valpolicella Classica to Valpantena, from Soave to Lugana. An approach that has been respectful both in the vineyard and the cellar has managed, over the decades, to develop a style that has been rethought over the years, thus staying up-to-date without ever giving into compromises.
Valpolicella Valpantena is a blend of 80% Corvina Veronese and 20% Rondinella aged in concrete vats for six months. A ruby red colour, fresh nose of pomegranate and currant, aromatic herbs, in the mouth fresh, easy-to-drink, amiable. The wine the Veronese people love.
